About the Operation and Logistics division A large number of processes run almost invisibly for patients in a clinic operation. These logistics, operating and supply processes are centrally managed, designed and optimized in the operation and logistics business unit, with patient care always being the focus. In the course of a transformation process, we redesign our structures to meet the growing requirements for a modern clinic operation. The functional centrepiece of this realignment is the infrastructure building management department. Here we coordinate and manage the daily operation on campus via multi-disciplinary on-site teams that efficiently unite the classic building management, the master care services as well as the hol and bring service. Through a central area and system management, we establish a modern, ticket-based work - also using CAFM software. At the same time, the department is responsible for the operational planning and implementation of the small building maintenance in coordination with the construction department and already in the planning phase of major clinical construction projects ensures that the operational organizational requirements of operation and logistics are taken into account in planning, construction and later operation.

Construction and management of the newly structured infrastructure building management department (including agile, location-related on-site teams as well as central area and system management) Leadership and further development of the associated team and property management as well as continuous ability of the employees in their new, overlapping roles Control and optimization of the operating processes via a modern, ticket-based work with intensive use of software products (e.g. CAFM software) at the user interfaces Perception of the strategic subproject management for operational and logistics topics in large-scale construction projects, refurbishments and campus developments for securing operational organizational issues Total responsibility for the assigned, budget-strong volume of the small building maintenance as well as independent and non-tuning implementation of all operating measures up to a value limit of € 5,000 in individual cases

Completed degree (Master or Diploma) in a relevant field (e.g. facility management, economics / economic engineering, hospital engineering) or a comparable qualification Multiannual leadership experience in a comparable operational service or infrastructure department, ideally in healthcare, public service or in a similarly complex organization Detectional experience in change and process management, especially in the combination of different structures and the dissolution of silo structures Knowledge of the operational and logistic planning of large-scale construction projects Digital affinity and experience in the application of modern IT systems Impressed communication and negotiation strength for successful representation of departmental concerns at the interfaces The joy of decision, willingness to change and the ability to coach and accompany executives as You rise into their new role Empathy, team orientation and an appreciation of employees to actively shape agile and location-based cooperation
