Team Leader Costing / Work Preparation (m/f/d)

Leadership of the team Work preparation and calculation Determination of costing bases and independent calculation of construction projects and special solutions Control and further development of work preparation to ensure economical and timely project execution Advising customers, builders and internal departments in technical and economic issues Identification and implementation of savings and optimization potentials in planning, costing and execution Implementation of risk analyses and economic assessments of projects Creation, testing and optimization of performance directories and tender documents Development and maintenance of costing standards, key figures and company-wide guidelines Support of project and construction management in procurement, follow-up management and cost controlling Promoting the professional development of employees and continuous optimization of processes and workflows

A successfully completed study of architecture, civil engineering, completed master training or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in costing, preparation of work or project processing in construction First leadership experience or motivation to take the next career step into a leading role Technical understanding and a good sense of economic relations Team spirit, decision-making pleasure and the ability to motivate and develop employees
