In addition to the identification and special vehicle approval, these include numerous additional services such as the transfer of vehicles and the creation and safe storage of vehicle documents – always supported by smart self-developed IT solutions. In addition to our headquarters in Ahrens­burg, we connect a dense branch network across the entire federal territory, which is unique in our industry.

We not only take private persons the time-consuming process of vehicle registration, but we also support companies which have regular needs for services around the arrival, re- and departure of vehicles. These include car houses, used car boards, leasing companies, car-sharing providers, vehicle manufacturers, insurance companies and banks as well as companies with their own fleets. This makes work as varied as challenging. The activities in our home are just as varied: from sales staff in parttime in one of our branches to highly specialised IT developers – we have every personality in our place. For our headquarters in Ahrensburg we are looking for you as soon as possible WORKER (M/W/D) SERVICE CENTER STANDORIES

In this role you support us in maintaining the defined service levels of our customers and store locations. You work closely with the internal cutting points in the specialist departments to achieve the best possible solutions for our private and corporate customers and branches. You are the first contact person for our internal and external customers Our customers' concerns about admission / re-registration / re-registration, processing levels, technical use of our sales portal and contractual aspects are addressed individually and solution-oriented by e-mail and telephone You do the incoming customer requests and the proposed solutions in our CRM system You are responsible for maintaining procedures and internal and external communication with our locations and customers to ensure our quality standards

You have a completed business training and first experience in customer service You have a high affinity for data bank applications and ideally bring SAP applications and know-how in MS Office. It is advantageous to know the subject of admission and all directly and indirectly related services – but we do not care to impart or deepen this special knowledge! You're looking for a varied and sophisticated work area You bring a high level of performance and do not lose head or humor even in turbulent times. You have a very good oral and written expressive capacity and can adapt your communication to a wide range of interlocutors. Coordination skills as well as a systematic and self-evident way of working are self-sufficient for you.
