The clinic is an academic teaching hospital of LMU Munich and cooperates with numerous other universities. For our Prien site, we are looking for an educator (m/w/d) in full or part-time for our youth area. Co-therapeutic patient talks: You conduct supportive talks in order to specifically accompany and deepen the therapeutic process. Planning and management of groups: You plan, structure and guide co-therapeutic groups and thus promote the exchange and development of participants. Support for meals and expositions: You support patients in challenging everyday situations and contribute to stabilisation and self-effectiveness. Interdisciplinary cooperation: You actively participate in team meetings and bring your observations and assessments into the therapeutic process. Holistic patient care: You accompany our patients individually and empathically through the entire treatment process. Shift service: You work in the regulated layer system and ensure continuous care and care together with the team.

You have completed training for the educator (m/w/d) Ideally, you already have experience in the fields of psychosomatics, psychiatry or the care of people in housing and home groups. Communication strength, team skills and fun at work are what you want. Their appearance towards patients: inside and their references are characterized by respect, professionalism and empathy. You have curiosity about new topics and interest in professional development.
