Self-propelled fitting, assembly and operation of our CNC milling machines, especially Matsuura and Häberle machines Manufacturing of demanding precision parts according to drawings, production documents and quality specifications CAD/CAM programming with TopSolid – existing older programs are still partially available in hyperMILL and are adapted or accepted as needed Safe handling of FANUC controls as well as independent adjustment and correction of programs directly to the machine Retrieval of new components and programs including fixing and optimising machining strategies, cutting values and tools Independent error and problem analysis in case of disturbances, dimensional deviations or manufacturing challenges, as well as deriving suitable solutions Quality control of the manufactured components with the usual test and measurement means and independent execution of necessary corrections Optimization of existing manufacturing processes with a view to quality, process reliability and economic processing Close cooperation in the team and coordination with work preparation, measuring technology and other production areas
Complete training as machining mechanic, precision mechanics or a comparable qualification in the field of CNC machining Multiannual practical experience in CNC milling and a good understanding of machining processes Experience with Matsuura and Häberle machines and knowledge in handling FANUC controls knowledge of TopSolid is advantageous; Experience with hyperMILL facilitates the handling of existing inventory programs Self-employed and responsible working – you recognize problems, think with and want to develop solutions independently willingness to engage in new and unfamiliar topics and to remain in place in demanding tasks Impressed team skills and an open and collegial approach High quality awareness as well as a structured, reliable and careful operation
