Do you want to actively shape the digitalization of modern personal processes and take responsibility for central HR systems? This responsible management function opens up the opportunity to actively develop a future-oriented field of expertise, to significantly expand our human resources management systems and to sustainably shape the digitization of the human resources sector.

Your main tasks:

› Specialist management and further development of HR-Systeme & SAP HCM

› Perception of the central key user function for SAP HCM

› Creation, analysis and further development of personal evaluations and key figures

› Ensuring data quality and further development of reporting and evaluation structures

› Analysis, Optimization and Digitization of Personal Economic Processes

› Control and monitoring of system adjustments and implementation of technical requirements in cooperation with internal and external partners

› Advice and support of users in the SAP HCM environment

› Acquisition of further professionally related tasks in the context of HR systems, SAP HCM, digitalization and process management

Your profile:

› Completed university degree (Bachelor or equivalent degree) preferably in the fields of administration, public management, business management, business informatics or a comparable discipline

› Multiannual professional experience in personnel, preferably in public service

› Leadership experience is desirable

› Funded knowledge in SAP, ideally SAP HCM

› Experience in the care, development or application of HR systems

› Embossed Analytical and Conceptual Skills

› Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation

› Communication strength and joy in change and development processes

The grouping takes place in the pay group 12 TV-H if appropriate conditions exist. In the event of the existence of the railway and personal conditions, an occupation up to the grade A 13 HBesG (higher service) is possible for officials. The place is in principle divisible.
