You work for Artistics and are closely associated with the departments Disposition, production management and content managers to ensure a first-class entertainment experience for our guests. Coordination and evaluation of castings in close cooperation with our external personnel service provider to ensure quality standards. Responsible for the management of freelancers, including planning, briefing, coordination, contract creation and auditing. Review, adaptation and archiving of the showfiles for reproduction as well as ensuring completeness and compliance with quality standards. Close cooperation with the departments for choreography, arts, disposition and production management as well as with the content managers Supporting the department during the samples by administrative tasks Quality assurance of reproduction of show formats and regular review of performance standards Budget monitoring for the field of show reproductions, ensuring the replicability of production Integration of new technologies and methods for the continuous improvement of reproductions Responsibility for reproducible props Maintenance and archiving of video material for show reproductions.

Experience in show production, e.g. as Stage Manager (all gender), in the Entertainment Administration or in a related area, preferably on cruise ships High commitment and implementation strength combined with reliable and accurate operation Very good organizational skills, even in time or performance printing High level of team and coordination combined with good communication skills Very good MS Office knowledge as well as very good German and English knowledge in word and writing Experience in project management, including time planning, resource management and coordination between different teams and departments Creativity and spirit of innovation combined with the ability to develop creative solutions for productions and reproductions and to contribute innovative ideas to the continuous improvement of the shows
