A place for people For our day-to-day offer on Gut Stegen, with the focus on animal-stuffed padagic and kitchen, we are looking for a dedicatedn healer education caregiverin, educatorin, ergotherapeutin or a comparable qualification (m/w/d)

The daily demand Gut Stegen offers educational and employment opportunities at two locations for at present 20 employees with a wide range of needs. Assistance in the occupation is provided after individual planning. The work-oriented employment offers take place in close cooperation with the WfbM areas of cooking, agriculture and kitchen. The focus of the assistance work is on the day's demand for cooking. Uses in the daily requirement kitchen as well as care of animals (sheep, goats and donkeys), sometimes on weekends, are self-confident.

Overview of tasks

• to develop and accompany the objectives of the personnel assistance planning
• Experience in dealing with animals as a medium in assistance
• the creation of social reports and management plans
• the use and application of quality and documentation systems
• Guidance, support and support for existing work (such as animal care, land management and delivery) and for demanding educational opportunities
