Senior IT Project Manager Transformation and Digitalization (m/f/d)

Head of complex IT projects and major projects with technical, technical, organisational and regulatory relevance Responsibility for project management including project assignment, cost estimate, budget and resource planning, scheduling, milestones and cost, time and quality objectives Coordination and control of transnational project participants, departments, IT units, external service providers and decision-making bodies Structured management of risks, dependencies, changes and decision requirements including transparent escalation paths Compilation of management-oriented status reports, decision templates, committee documents, presentations and project documentation Ensuring transparent communication to contracting, management stakeholders, project teams and interfaces within the bank Participation in project reviews, quality assurance and further development of project management standards, methods and tools

Complete study of economics, economic information, computer science, natural sciences or a comparable qualification At least five years of relevant professional experience in project management, including demonstrable experience in managing complex IT projects or major projects Project management certification, for example IPMA Level C, PMI PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner or a comparable standard Detectable knowledge of classic and hybrid project management methods, in particular waterfall, V-model, PRINCE2 or IPMA/GPM, complemented with experience with agile working methods such as Scrum or Kanban in complex IT project environments Experience in project planning, project controlling, budget management, risk management, quality management, change management, supplier management as well as in the creation of decision documents, status reports and forum templates Detectional understanding of IT architecture relationships, technical solutions, technical requirements and regulatory frameworks, combined with the ability to structure complex issues and derive comprehensible recommendations Binding appearance, clear and address-oriented communication and solution-oriented moderation in cooperation with departments, IT units, external service providers, contracting and management stakeholders Very good German (C1) and good English skills (B2) in word and writing for project communication, forum documents and regulatory documentation
