You get to know all areas of beer production, because a brewer controls and monitors the entire brewing process: from the acceptance of the raw materials to the filling of the beer. The assessment of the quality of barley, wheat or hops is also part of the task, as is the time, temperature and quantity control during the maize process. In addition, check the clarity and concentration of the wort, carry out water analyses, control the fermentation and the filtration process, analyze the beer and monitor the plants. The Brauer & Mälzer is no longer touching the mash by hand in the boiler, but controls all production processes with the help of the most modern technologies.

Your schooling – you have the medium maturity or the (general) university maturity as well as good grades in the scientific subjects. Your personality – you are interested in technical processes and complex industrial plants. You also have an eye for order and cleanliness. Your know-how–you already have solid PC skills.
