You take these tasks:

• self-responsible production of wage and salary bills and Care of personnel master data
• Contact person for employees with accounting-relevant and personal concerns
• Processing and management of certificates, notifications and Correspondence with authorities
• Organisation and supervision of administrative personnel processes from entry to the exit
• Participation in the development and optimization of internal HR processes
