Building automation in turnkey construction projects Instructions, control and control of after-contractors with a view to the execution of time and quality Ensuring inputs of the TGA facilities including compliance with the GOLDBECK standards Consulting and support of the project manager for TGA assignments and interface topics around the building automation Support for the acceptance of GOLDBECK building automation as well as contact persons (m/w/d) in case of warranty issues Identification and qualification of contractors as well as training and further training of colleagues

Master (m/w/d) or technician (m/w/d) in the field of supply, electrical and control technology or a comparable qualification Ideally multiannual professional experience as a building manager (m/w/d) with deepening in the area of building automation Reliable, customer-oriented and team-capable work setting Engaged, structured and independent approach paired with self-confident appearance Good user knowledge of popular MS Office products Driving licence (class B) and readiness to travel Please note that this position can be exercised from different locations near the respective GOLDBECK site and a large part of the activity takes place on the respective construction sites.
