Responsibility for the control, development and quality assurance of unified communication services throughout the entire service life cycle Coordination of internal and external performance and ensuring a contractual and economic service provision Creation and further development of performance descriptions, service concepts and calculations as part of supply and procurement processes Analysis of service key figures, creation of reporting and derivation of appropriate measures for continuous service optimization Takeover of tasks in cost and contract management as well as technical coordination with relevant stakeholders and bodies

Complete studies in the IT field or completed vocational training in the IT, network or telecommunications environment Multiannual professional experience in IT service management, ideally in the environment of unified communications or telecommunications services Knowledge of Carrier Services, Network Technologies and Secure Communication Solutions ITIL certification required and experience with Jira and agile methods preferably Scrum Very good German knowledge (min. C1) and good English knowledge (min. B1)
