Working area Operation: management of road operations; Support and representation of the Head of Property Operation and maintenance of federal, regional and district roads: organisation of the road operations service and technical supervision of road masters, supervision of the vehicle, machinery and equipment pool, including procurement and extraction Contracts and conditions in the business and maintenance service: annual, framework and winter service contracts, procurement of vehicles / equipment, small construction measures, etc. and UI agreements Implementation of the economic control of road masters Bühl and Gernsbach: controlling, operating cost proofs, implementation of economic findings, results-oriented control in road operations Industrial safety: contact person for industrial safety specialists, coordination of road safety assessments, participation in the procurement of protective clothing and personal protective equipment EDV: safe handling of office applications, experiences in the DV system LuKAS desirable

You are a civil engineer with a focus on road construction and/or construction, construction technicians with a focus on civil engineering with multi-year experience or have a comparable quality. Knowledge in road operations is of enormous advantage. You have good management and leadership, quality and sense of responsibility, social competence, flexibility and strong organisational skills. Business thinking is one of your special strengths. The willingness to provide external services and call at well-planned intervals will take you responsibly and actively (class B guide).
