Technical and administrative order processing Leading customer talks and receiving customer needs Operation planning and technical support of workshop staff Material disposition and ordering of spare parts Quality control and safety requirements Interface between service manager, workshop and customers Creation of technical documentation In and outgoing control of machines

Complete technical training (e.g. industrial mechanic (w/m/d), mechatronic (w/m/d), technician (w/m/d) or comparable) Professional experience in the technical field Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally ERP systems Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Organisational strength and responsibility Teamability and Communication Strength Good knowledge of German in word and writing
