Cooperation in the operation, monitoring and optimization of plants and machines in the production process Roughs, adjustments and calibration of machines Implementation of quality checks and final checks in accordance with the test plan Documentation of production data Working with maintenance and repair work, fault analysis Support for the commissioning of new machines or modernisation of plants Compliance with safety, environmental and occupational health guidelines Learning process sequences, piece lists, work plans and key figures Basic knowledge of NAV systems, not required, is communicated. Overview of training contents Operating and monitoring of production plants Rough, adjustment and programming of machines (depending on the focus) Maintenance and troubleshooting Quality assurance and documentation Work planning, process and time control Industrial safety and environmental legislation Basics of technology: Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic/Pneumatic Production technology, process optimization Training duration and perspectives Duration of training: 2 years Theory and practical phases in change (working school or vocational school) Opportunities for takeover after training

School completion: e.g. primary school, medium maturity Technical understanding, good numerical understanding readiness to learn, team skills, reliability Safety awareness, care in handling machines Physical loadability (depending on requirements) Basic knowledge of MS Office; Interest in NAV systems No or little prior knowledge required – training teaches specialist knowledge
