The coordination and execution of the order processing in Germany and abroad (order collection, removal of order malfunctions, delivery appointments, verification of delivery capacity, telephone consultation via telephone & mail) as well as the creation of quantity and value credits are your core tasks. You can control the concerns of our trading partners for goods flow management on all channels (email, telephone) thanks to your professional appearance. With your expertise and passion for sales, you contribute to high customer satisfaction. You work closely with the interfaces such as logistics, warehouse, production, field service, key account incl. Private label. In addition, you are actively contributing to the further development of customer service, supporting, among other things, the digitization and automation of working methods and transferring projects to process optimization in the team as well as together with other interfaces.

Successfully completed commercial vocational training Ideally professional practice in customer service or sales service Knowledge of structures of food retailing and specialist trade is desirable Solution and customer orientation as well as a high degree of communication capability Embossed self-employment and self-motivation Joy in optimizing workflows Service-oriented team player with structured working and hands-on mentality Good SAP knowledge and safe handling of MS Office applications Good knowledge of German and English
