Acquisition and support of customers with a focus on housing, house administrations and construction companies as well as building and maintaining long-term customer relationships Advising our customers on modern heat and energy solutions and developing suitable supply concepts Development of cross-sectoral contracting solutions for properties and quarters in cooperation with colleagues, for example for PV systems with tenant current models, e-mobility and power and heat generation Creation, presentation and negotiation of offers, contract documents and supply concepts for new and existing customers Close cooperation and coordination with internal interfaces, for example from communication, controlling and legal areas Continuous observation of market and legal developments, derivation of new sales approaches and participation in the further development of our product and service portfolio

Complete studies, for example, in the field of energy, supply, building or environmental engineering, industrial engineering or corresponding completed training with multi-year professional experience or a comparable qualification Joy of sales and ideal experience in customer contact, sales or project business and in building long-term customer relationships Embossed communication and persuasiveness as well as a binding and professional occurrence Enthusiasm for customer advice and the development of suitable, customer-oriented solutions Good technical understanding, ideally complemented by knowledge in heating, building, energy or supply technology Structured and solution-oriented functioning as well as strong sense of responsibility and entrepreneurship High level of initiative, team spirit, negotiation skills and enthusiasm for new challenges
