Product Coordination / Purchasing & Quality Staff (m/f/d)

Then you are right with us.I expect a versatile task between product coordination, purchasing, quality assurance and customer service. In this position, you will accompany our products from the first idea, through patterns, supplier agreement and quality testing to sales maturity. You check articles, comparative designs, support new products, product data and ensure that information is cleanly prepared for assembly instructions, packaging and internal processes. You work closely with purchasing, sales, customer service, warehouse/logistics, graphics & design and management. This ensures that our products work technically, convince qualitatively and can be used in a comprehensible manner for our customers. Your tasks Choice and coordination with suitable suppliers Check and evaluate samples, prototypes and initial parts Compare products with function, quality, assembly and customer benefits Control goods, packaging and manufacturing tolerances support in complaints, faults and assembly problems Maintain product master data and product information in the ERP system Prepare and check content for installation and assembly instructions contribute to standards, tests, declarations of conformity and risk analyses Comparative and improved products

You don't have to be a classic product manager. It is much more important that you want to understand products, work carefully and like to coordinate between different areas. You are well suited to us if you have a commercial, technical or commercial background – for example from technical customer service, sales advice, sales services, purchasing, quality assurance, craftsmanship, assembly, work preparation or a similar environment.
