As Teamleiter SAP Beratung (m/w/d) you conduct our Inhouse Consulting team and are responsible for the applications of our SAP ERP system in the German-speaking countries of the Hays Group Beyond the internal team, you will guide several contact persons of an external IT service provider professionally and ensure a structured process, its implementation and the quality of the delivered products You are responsible for the analysis, design and planning of the activities in the SAP ERP environment in close cooperation with your internal customers and the other IT teams In addition, you act as a contact person for our internal departments in terms of their processes, both in operation and in the form of projects Together with your internal customers, you will participate in the analysis and improvement of processes in the SAP ERP system, develop solution concepts and coordinate their implementation by your team or our external consulting partner The review of project goals and project budgets is one of your tasks, including in terms of cooperation with our external IT service provider Your tasks also include planning for personnel deployment and resource planning of your team You are coach (m/w/d) for your team and regularly develop the skills of your employees and plan development goals together

You have completed university studies (e.g. in the field of (economic) informatics, BWL) or a comparable qualification with corresponding practical experience You can demonstrate consulting experience in the on premise SAP HCM system with its modules PA, OM, PT and PY. Ideally, you have knowledge of German or Swiss personnel accounting and have already gained experience in the Cloud System Success Factors (Onboarding, Employee Central) If you cannot demonstrate the above-mentioned experience, you will experience the on premise SAP ERP system with the modules Financial Accounting, SD (order processing, invoice), MM (ordering) and know how to deliver customer-friendly solutions in the standard but also in the field of self-development. Ideally you know the SAP S/4 HANA system and have experience in its introduction The methods of disciplinary personnel management are familiar to you and you bring a corresponding leadership experience In addition, your high customer and service orientation is characterized, which you can use with your own initiative to support our internal customers in a convincing manner. It is fun to improve processes together with users in the field of expertise and colleagues in the consultant team and to develop suitable system solutions You burn for your team, have a solid personal appearance and a great interest in the further development of employees
