On behalf of an established general company based in Emsland, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and experienced management personality for the management of a specialized subsidiary in the field of technical building equipment (TGA).

Within the group of companies, this subsidiary is responsible for the complete planning, technical development and static calculation of demanding building projects - from the first design to the detailed TGA specialist planning. As Managing Director (m/w/d), you take over the operational and strategic management of this slim, highly qualified planning unit. You work closely with the parent company as well as the leading areas.

They design processes, lead a small team of specialist planners, drive innovations in the field of TGA and act as technical savings partners in the overall project business. In perspective, there is the possibility of participating and thus entering into an entrepreneurial responsibility with a long-term perspective.
