Team Leader Work Preparation (m/f/d)

To further develop our production processes, we are looking for an experienced management personality for the area of work preparation. You take responsibility for the planning, control and optimization of our work preparation and ensure an efficient interface between design, purchasing, production and assembly. A special focus is on the improvement of CAD/CAM processes, the digitization of workflows and the continuous optimization of efficiency, quality and throughput times. Your tasks in detail: Leadership and development of the work preparation team with focus on process and quality optimization Planning, control and coordination of work preparation for customer projects and series production Ensuring timely, production-oriented and high-quality order preparation Analysis, development and optimization of CAD/CAM processes as well as interfaces between design, purchasing, production and assembly Introduction and standardization of efficient working methods and digital workflows in work preparation Ensuring the availability and quality of design and CAM data for production and assembly Continuous identification of process improvements to increase efficiency, throughput times and product quality

Complete studies in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering or comparable technical training with further education Experience in CAD/CAM processes and their optimization Multiannual experience in work preparation, production planning or production control First leadership experience or strong potential to take over a leadership role Safe handling of digital systems, technical documents and piece lists Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation Communication strength as well as pronounced organizational capacity
