Team Leader Contract Logistics (m/f/d)

Your tasks: Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team, including motivation, further development and regular employee talks Ensuring a smooth day-to-day business and monitoring of scheduled order processing and relevant KPIs Planning and control of personnel, including shift and holiday planning according to work, priorities and economic needs Active participation in the optimization of KPIs and processes to continuously improve processes Ensuring compliance with all process, quality, work and safety requirements (including UVV/BG) and ensuring order and cleanliness in the area of responsibility Funging as a central interface between management, shopfloor and internal and external partners for a smooth flow of information Situative support of the team in operating daily business if it requires the situation

Your profile: Complete vocational training, ideally in the field of warehouse logistics or a comparable environment; further qualifications (e.g. specialist, logistics masters) are advantageous Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position, ideally with first leadership responsibility Good IT skills, especially in SAP and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as good English knowledge of word and writing Valid authorizations (e.g. forklift, crane license) are advantageous High readiness and flexibility in layer operation and reliable, independent and responsible operation Good governance, communication and organisational skills as well as a structured, solution-oriented way of working
