This position is occupied by Rheinmetall Electronics GmbH in Neubrandenburg. Take advantage of your knowledge from Bundeswehr, methodology and didactics and contribute training management (m/w/d) as a group leader to the success of digitalization as well as the strengthening and employability of the armed forces. As a group manager training management (m/w/d), You have a key function in the system support center in the TaWAN project. You build the training operation, run it and actively pursue new technologies, continuously optimize the training and actively seek possible extensions and innovations of the training operation. Your tasks: Professional and disciplinary leadership of the trainer (m/w/d) assigned to the system support center Responsibility for organization, optimization and quality of training and the creation and continuous development of the corresponding concepts Responsible body for travel, representation, capacity and deployment planning, as well as personnel, investment and cost planning Conducting workshops and consulting of customers, project teams and executives in all questions of training and personnel and organizational development Technology screening and innovation management for training and sales work Coordination and implementation of the training strategy in the international environment Steering evaluation and control of effectiveness and quality of implemented training measures

Complete technical training in the field of information electronics, electronics for information and system technology or comparable training in telecommunications Long-standing experience as a military trainer (m/w/d) as well as experience in the design, coordination and implementation of training activities incl. Control of internal or external trainers Use at the training centre cyber and information space or a comparable military institution desirable IHK, Train-the-Trainer Training or comparable Good English knowledge of word and writing driving class C desirable Presentation and moderation strength Intercultural competences and experiences, e.g. from experience of use, desirable Occupational readiness
