With planlos.in we have developed a unique concept to experience cities. The participants can demonstrate their enigma and team spirit to rediscover strange cities or their homeland. During two- to three-hour missions, teams get the same via text message sent to their mobile phone, which should be solved as quickly as possible. They cross a city or district and make many small discoveries.

As an all-remote company, we are looking for backup on site. You are responsible for an optimal experience and quality assurance for our customers in Leipzig. Our local cooperation is committed to sustainable goals so that you can really make a difference in this activity. Your role primarily involves the following tasks: Examination of limitations of our riddle tours in the city Support and coordination with our partners and authors Complete new partnerships on site Tracking and implementing customer feedback

That's what makes you: You are super reliable, in love with detail, and maybe even something to be commutable Your openness and joy in dealing with people is contagious You live in Leipzig and know the city like your western pocket (or have fun getting to know it) You are relatively flexible and can jump in at short notice if need exists You are interested in topics related to sustainability, such as environmental protection, equality, integration, etc. Fun at Knobeln (e.g. Escape-Rooms, riddle tours etc.) is definitely a plus Knowledge of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals is helpful but not necessary
