As a (Senior) Manager Employment Tax Consulting (m/w/d), you advise clients comprehensively on wage tax issues and exciting pay tax projects - you contribute to compliance and practical solutions in companies.

Variety of tasks: You address national and international clients in all, including cross-border, pay tax issues. Optimization: You can help our clients optimize pay tax processes and adapt them to pay tax requirements. Communication: In the case of pay tax outside examinations and in the entire communication with the financial administration, you accompany our clients and help them. Implementation: Together with the mandates, you set up a Tax Compliance Management System, perform auditing and support in implementation. Innovation: In addition, you implement and develop pay tax tool solutions together with clients.

Completion in law/economics or comparable ideally with focus on taxes Professional experience of at least 5 years in the field of tax consulting or an in-house tax department and ideally the tax consultant exam Interest in new developments in order to continuously question and improve existing approaches as needed Mandant-oriented thinking and acting, combined with team spirit and joy in direct communication and employee management German and English very well in word and writing
