Intellectual Property Lawyer (Trademark, Design and Competition Law) (m/f/d)

You advise national and international clients in brand and design law and develop tailor-made strategies for intellectual property protection. Among other things, you are responsible for: You register brands and designs and maintain them before the DPMA, EUIPO and WIPO You monitor and maintain national and international brand portfolios You develop and implement protection strategies You represent our clients in opposition, erasure and violation procedures You design and check IP contracts and licensing agreements You advise on competition law You work closely with our patent attorneys in the enforcement of technical rights

You have first knowledge of industrial property protection (e.g. through study, lecturer or practical experience) You bring very good knowledge of German and English with You work independently, structured and solution-oriented You stand up safely and think of a variety-oriented You convince by team skills and commitment
