Your tasks: clarification and definition of roles, tasks and responsibilities in a matrix organization Introduction, Development and Ensuring Agile Methods & Principles in Project Teams Planning, moderation and execution of all Scrum events (e.g. Sprint Planning, Daily, Review) Product Owner support at Backlog - Management, Priorization and Roadmap - Planning Monitoring of the project - and sprint progress including derivation of appropriate measures Transparent communication with stakeholders and active elimination of obstacles during the project

Complete studies in the field of economic engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, business management or comparable Experience in the field of agile project management, Agile Coach, Scrum Master or Product Owner Funded knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and ideally scaling - Framekworks Embossed moderation and presentation skills as well as good negotiation and communication skills Safe handling of MS Office and SAP as well as English skills Global readiness
