Damage management: Own-responsible damage management from acceptance to completion with the aim of customer-oriented and economic processing as well as regulation of glass and protective cover damage.

First recording: With your friendly way, you take over the first recording of car damage cases via all common entrance channels.

Communication: Existing damage is actively communicated, insured persons are advised and, together with all stakeholders, optimal solutions are found.

brokerage: customer and demand-oriented transfer of our insurance customers to service providers such as repair companies.

Training: completed commercial training (e.g. businessman for insurance and finance), training as an insurance specialist or non-commercial training, but the willingness to take the certificate examination to the person skilled in the art for insurance (IHK).

Customer orientation: High level of service orientation and time flexibility.

Communication: Very good communication skills and pleasure in direct customer contact.
