To strengthen our Quality Management Team, we are now looking for a QMS & Certification Specialist (gn).

Careful care and continuous, detailed further development of the document management system to ensure efficient and transparent document steering.

Precise control and evaluation of certificates, including the creation of complaints to suppliers, to ensure compliance with quality requirements.

Timely and error-free creation and shipping of conformity certificates as an important part of our customer service.

Independent, structured planning and implementation of improvement projects for the further development of the quality management system (QMS).

Planning and implementation of cross-departmental, quality-related training to strengthen quality awareness among interface partners.

Regular, accurate verification and adaptation of process and work instructions to ensure process compliance.

Complete training, experience in quality management of advantage.

Embossed communication skills and team orientation.

Self-responsible, careful and solution-oriented operation.

Safe handling of common software applications (e.g. MS Office).

Good knowledge of English in word and writing of advantage.
