The SEG Stadtentwicklungsgesellschaft Wiesbaden mbH is a municipal company of the Landeshauptstadt Wiesbaden. The SEG also operates as a developer, carries out construction projects as a project developer, takes over different project development and construction orders from the city of Wiesbaden as a project taxer and manages its own real estate stock. In commercial matters, SEG also manages its sister company WiBau and thus a total of about 200 employees.

Operational personnel administration from entry to exit Care of employees for personal questions Compilation of work contracts, contract changes, certificates and other certificates Support for implementation of budget planning including monthly forecast Creation of evaluations/personal controlling Participation in the pre- and post-preparation of payment Data management system (Personio) Administration of personal files Processing and settlement of applications (subsidies, parental leave, training, change of working hours, etc.) Cooperation with external offices and authorities (financial offices, social security institutions and health insurance institutions) Processing of application processes Implementation of annual staff work

a completed commercial training with training as a specialist (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification multiannual professional experience in human resources secure knowledge in the area of wage tax, social security and labour law good knowledge of a HR software (Personio, Datev) are desirable secure user knowledge of MS Office programs and ideally SAP knowledge marked service orientation independent, structured and team-oriented working a high level of discretion, sense of responsibility and initiative
