Full-time construction manager for renovation and modernization projects (m/f/d)

Responsible planning, control and monitoring of renovation, modernization and repair projects in residential and commercial buildings Coordination of all participating plants, in particular SHK, electrical, tiles, drywall, painter and floor covering works Organisation and monitoring of workflows on construction sites Management and coordination of employees, subcontractors and external service providers Ensuring the time, cost and quality execution of all works Contact person for clients, tenants, customers, craftsmen and project participants Control of repair, maintenance and damage removal measures, including insurance damage Coordination of bathroom and heating modernizations as well as technical installations Monitoring of electrical installations, tests, commissioning and modernisation measures Accompanying development and renovation work, including flooring, tile, drywall, spatula and paintwork Material and resource planning and coordination with suppliers and partner companies Implementation of construction sites, acceptances and quality controls Ensuring compliance with all safety, quality and legal requirements Creation of measurements and complete documentation of project progress and work carried out

Complete craft or technical vocational training, ideally with training as master, technician or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in construction management, project management or construction site coordination Funded knowledge in several plants, in particular SHK, electrical, drywall, tile, painter and renovation work Representative organisational and coordination center Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Safe occurrence, enforcement and communication strength High reliability, flexibility and sense of responsibility Customer and service-oriented thinking and acting Safe handling of digital tools and documentation systems driving licence class B
