Strengthen us as: Projektmanager (m/w/d) That's what we're dealing with: Monitoring and analysis of Sparkasse’s credit risk portfolio Implementation of risk analyses and preparation and evaluation of reports supporting decision-making Designing and evaluating the performance of internal credit rating procedures and performing stress tests and scenario analyses to assess potential risks Developing and implementing risk management strategies and policies and reviewing credit risk processes for effectiveness and efficiency Support in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines Participation in projects to improve risk management systems and processes That's what you bring: You have a degree in economics, finance, mathematics or a related area experience in credit risk management or in a similar function within a financial institution Knowledge of regulatory requirements, in particular MaRisk and IRBA You have strong analytical skills and experience in handling large amounts of data and databases Ability to communicate complex information clearly and accurately and effectively with different departments We offer you: You have flexible working hours with the ability to work mobile You expect up to 13.8 salaries within the TVöD-S Your free time also comes on 32 days holiday as well as paid release on 24.12. & 31.12. not too short We support the full development of your potential with our diverse range of training, including in our own training center About our supplementary pension fund, the occupational retirement provision and our health management you are well secured
