In this key role you take over the overall responsibility for the Nord region and report directly to the management. You actively shape the future of our company and contribute significantly to the further development. Result Responsibility: Management of Operational Business with Full Sales, Result and Target Responsibility for the North Region Transformation & Growth: Initiation and implementation of change processes and digitization - from process optimization to strategic realignment Employee development: leadership, motivation and targeted further development of your teams. You promote performance, team culture and individual potentials and create an environment where employees can grow Strategic planning including budgeting, forecasting and implementation of corporate objectives Expansion of market position by active sales control for products and services Ensuring and continuous improvement of service quality and customer satisfaction Close cooperation with management and coordination with other regions, locations and specialist departments to international cooperation in the Presto Group Observing market and industry developments and deriving and implementing appropriate measures

Multiannual experience in leading position in service or maintenance, ideally in a technical environment Detectable experience in leadership and development of teams Experience in change processes and performance management Entrepreneurial thinking, hand-on mentality and pronounced communication and social skills Experience in budget planning, cost control and responsibility for profit and loss accounting High organizational ability, analytical thinking, enforcement strength and targeted work Flexibility and readiness to travel nationally and internationally Negotiating English skills, as well as MS Office knowledge
