Since 2012, btf (bildundtonfabrik) has been an independent production company for Fiction, Show, Doku, Games and Advertising. From the first idea to the script to the post production and Visual FX we produce everything completely in-house. At our location in Cologne-Ehrenfeld with the associated Studio König and at our Games location Berlin-Kreuzberg, award-winning shows, series, films, documentation, video games and advertising for international audiences are created.

Production assistant:in (all gender)

in full-time and temporary employment with place of employment in Cologne. Your tasks

Support of production management and reception management in the planning and implementation of filming at home & abroad Coordination of appointments and communication with the team and external partners and service providers Procurement of permits and other necessary documents for shooting at different locations Travel coordination Support for budget management, cost control and accounting during ongoing production

Complete training or studies in the field of film, media production or related discipline First experiences in film or television production are advantageous, but not absolutely necessary Organizational talent and the ability to work flexibly in a dynamic environment Communication strength and team capacity Loadability and ability to work under pressure and perform time-critical tasks Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office applications and other popular production and organization tools
