Participation in the development and development of corporate and business strategies including derivation and prioritization of strategic initiatives Support for market, competition and technology research and creation of business cases to identify new growth opportunities Preparation, coordination and presentation of decision-making documents for management and top management Accompanying the implementation of strategic and commercial measures (e.g. Value Creation Programme, Go-to-Market) incl. Monitoring of relevant target contributions Support for workshops and pilot projects - from idea validation to implementation, using modern software tools and proven methodology

Successfully completed studies as well as 3 – 4 years of relevant experience in strategy and/or business development (consultation or in-house), ideally in the industrial environment of the chemical or raw materials industry Embossed analytical and conceptual strength - you structure complexity and bring topics clear, address-oriented and convincing to the point Entrepreneurial thinking with professional optimism as well as a pragmatic, implementation-oriented working method Joy in cooperation with different stakeholders, a travel activity and in developing sustainable solutions in an international environment German and English skills, optimally further foreign language skills Very good user knowledge in MS Office (in particular Excel & PowerPoint) as well as openness and safe handling of digital tools (e.g. AI applications, low-code platforms, collaboration tools)
