Comprehensive and independent advice on contract medical and hospital law issues Establishment, acquisition and approval of medical care centres and medical practices (including negotiation and contact with the medical associations and admission committees) Creation, review and negotiation of contracts with cooperation partners and service providers Comprehensive support for the MindDoc digital business unit Processing of billing questions in the outpatient and inpatient area Advising professional and liability questions Processing of general civil and administrative issues including the supervision of judicial and administrative procedures

Full lawyer:with very good knowledge in medical law Preferential multi-year relevant professional experience Very good analytical skills and high solution orientation Own initiative, flexibility and resilience Negotiating skills and enforcement Communicative, friendly and binding occurrence Fun at work and enjoyment in dealing with all appeals also in stressful phases
