Your duties include: Supporting and actively shaping ideas management

Cooperation in planning and implementing ideas campaigns

Support for internal communication & creation of creative materials

Examination and processing of employee ideas from different business areas

Exchange of ideas, experts and internal stakeholders

Design and care of our employee portal page

Development of training materials and moderation of workshops and online trainings

Advanced Studies in Marketing, Communication, BWL, Media or Similar

Enthusiasm for future-oriented topics and creative solutions

Quick conception, creativity and team spirit

Structured and independent operation

Very good communication and organization skills

Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing

Safe in handling MS Office (in particular PowerPoint & Excel)

Availability for 6 months
