In our evangelical kindergarten we give the children time to become and courage to grow. They experience trust, hope and faith through us. We are guided by the Reggio pedagogy, in whose center there is an optimistic picture of the child's personality.

What tasks do you expect:

• responsible planning, preparation and implementation of pedagogical work according to the conception and needs of children
• regular and systematic observation and assessment of the development of children
• regular talks with parents about the development of the child
• technical advice and explanation of educational work.
• Organization of events with and for parents (e.g. parents' nights)

• a degree recognised as a state-of-the-art educator or medical teacher or other equivalent degree
• Team skills

• a warm, sensitive and understanding nature for the sensitive handling of children from 1 year to school entrance
• Openness in contact with parents and employees
• Member in a Christian church after ACK or the willingness to carry our diaconic profile
