Implementation of onboarding talks and welcome calls

Ensuring a positive participant and customer experience

Support in the implementation of learning content and programmes

Contact person for technical and organizational questions

Building long-term customer relationships

Documentation of talks and activities in the CRM system

Professional experience in the gastronomy, hotel industry or service industry
