Carl Schröter has been responsible for insurance companies for over 150 years and acts under their authority. The core competence of our group is transport insurance. We assess the risks we have received from brokers in Germany and abroad and offer the necessary coverage for the trade and the transport and logistics industry. We maintain a partnership with each other and an open handling tone. We are constantly looking for solutions where other problems can be seen. You shape the future of transport insurance – with digital processes, innovative tools and a deep understanding of insurance contracts. As an interface between insurance technology, IT and underwriting departments, you develop efficient solutions that optimize our contract processes and make the use of technologies such as artificial intelligence meaningful. Your tasks with us

Analysis, optimization and digitization of existing processes for contract management and documentation in transport and transport liability insurance Development and introduction of smart, digital solutions for more efficient contract creation (e.g. smart forms, automated documentation, AI-based tools) Cross-departmental cooperation with IT, underwriting, product development and other areas for implementing innovative ideas Participation in the creation, revision and evaluation of cover concepts, clauses and insurance conditions Support for standardization and automation of workflows and documentation processes Monitoring new technical developments and evaluating their benefits for our specialist processes

Complete studies or training in the field of insurance or comparable – ideally with a focus on transport/transport liability or studies in the field of digital transformation / digital business High process understanding and interest in digitalization, automation and modern technologies (e.g. AI, document management systems) Funded knowledge in contract and cover management, preferably in the field of transport insurance Experience in project work or process design desirable Communication strength, team capacity and the ability to understand complex facts IT affinity and secure handling of digital tools
