Your tasks include

• Unconditional customer orientation: You will become a car hire expert with us and look forward to great customer experiences
• Consultation: You take care of the competent telephone consultation and support of customers before, during and after booking on the subject of car rental and the worldwide correspondence with our international partners
• Bookings: You will independently process the wishes and bookings of our customers by e-mail and the associated administrative activities
• Data maintenance: You take responsibility for the collection and maintenance of customer data
• Process optimization: You actively participate in the further development of our internal processes and can help shape our new location from the outset

What you bring

• Experience: Serious and friendly appearance in telephone contact with our car rental customers, first experience in digital customer advice or in dealing with customers desirable
• Drive and communication: Structured working, contact joy and customer orientation as well as fun in consultations. In addition, you bring very good communication skills, team skills, flexibility and self-responsibility to quickly achieve measurable results
• Smart solution finding: Quick conception to penetrate complex relationships and hand-on mentality to quickly find and implement pragmatic solutions
• Tools: PC and Internet affinity
• Language knowledge: German and good English knowledge in word and writing, other foreign languages of advantage
