For a modern facility in Dortmund, we are looking for dynamic and motivated production staff (m/w/d) that equip machines, clean and assemble tools. Your work actively contributes to the production process running smoothly and achieving high-quality results. This role is performed in a two-shift operation, so ideal for you when you are flexible and physically fit.

• You take care of the equipment and keep the production process running.
• Tools are cleaned and carefully assembled by you.
• You work in two-shift operation and prove your reliability and team capability.
• Efficient work and a high level of attention are your working style.

We are looking for

We are looking for people who come up with energy and passion for their tasks, but also fulfill the technical and physical requirements of this position. You don't need years of experience or special training, just bring your commitment and willingness to learn!

• Physical fitness is essential because the work can be physically demanding.
• Ready for shift work is a must because we work in the two-shift system.
• You are reliable, you like to work in the team and your own responsibility.
• Ideally, you have first experiences in production, but this is not a must – we will teach you everything!
