Type of employment: Limited Working time: Full time Place of work: Reutlingen You are responsible for the further development of the Bosch production system (BPS) in the value flow inertial sensors and supports the implementation of the BPS system approach in the production environment. You conduct improvement projects from planning to sustainable implementation. You shape the target derivation process of the value stream. Your tasks include consolidating the business requirements, monitoring the key figures, creating a transparent image of the current state and resulting potential for improvement in the material and information flow. As a PreMaster, you analyze existing standards, optimize them and introduce new standards. You design and implement methods in the manufacturing environment. You support the implementation of the digitalization strategy within the value stream and work on digitalization projects. Your tasks include active coaching of Lean Management methods and you are the contact person for manufacturing, engineering and support departments.

Education: above-average university degree (Bachelor) in the field of engineering, industrial engineering, production, or a comparable degree course and concrete intention to include a master's degree Personality & Working: team-ready, communicative, self-initiative, creative, responsible, committed, and holistic thinking and fast conception Experiences and know-how: knowledge in the field of lean management Enthusiasm: IT affinity and intercultural competence Languages: good German and English in word and writing
