Procurement, processing and provision of commercial and technical data to support standard window construction programs (e.g. Klaes, Prologic, 3E) Responsible care and continuous maintenance of the fitting data in these software solutions as well as in our ConfiGUrator for the fitting of window and door fittings Technical support and user support for the customer and the external service staff Instruction and support of customers in data migration Implementation of external operations to assist on-site as required

Experience in handling technical and commercial data, ideally in window construction or comparable areas Knowledge in window design programs are advantageous Embossed technical understanding as well as the ability to clarify complex details independently Self-employed, structured and careful working Teamability and Communication Strength Flexibility for external inserts
