Compliance Officer (gn*) Unlimited | Full-time with 38.5 hours a week | Remuneration according to TV-L | Business Area Compliance and Insurance | We're the UKM. To meet our high standards, we look forward to your expertise in compliance and insurance. The division deals with the prevention of violations of statutory and internal rules in all UKM business activities and its subsidiaries. The focus of the activity lies in the operation and the development of our compliance management system (CMS) and the advice of employees on issues with compliance relevance – best with you!

Participation in the further development of the group-wide CMS (focus: anti-corruption and conflicts of interest) Further development of suitable instruments and measures for identifying, reducing and controlling compliance risks Ensuring compliance management by further developing the corporate compliance program, elaborating and updating compliance policies and necessary compliance components Exercise of the tasks of the reporting body according to the information protection law Processing of notes and their follow-up to possible compliance violations and deriving appropriate risk mitigation measures Training of employees on all relevant compliance topics – also through the development of e-learning formats Advising employees of the UKM and its subsidiaries on issues and issues with compliance relevance

Full jury (gn*) with experience in compliance, corruption prevention and the laws, regulations and regulations required for this purpose You have practical experience in developing compliance programs and policies You are characterized by a structured, independent and analytical way of working and bringing together organisational and enforcement skills You have reliability, persuasion and cooperation and communication skills Routinized handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) as well as readiness to be incorporated into other IT applications
