At the Martin-Luther-Universität Halle-Wittenberg, Faculty of Medicine, Central Service 16, Department of Clinical Infectiology, it is now possible to occupy the temporary position of a specialist* specialist for children and youth medicine (m-w-d) in full time. Work tasks:

  • Activities in the TELE Medical Competence Network "Antibiotic Stewardship in PEdiatRics-Connect" (TeleKasper-Connect) – technical examination and updating of the TeleKasper app, processing and answering medical consiles via the Infectiological Visits and Office in the paediatric ambulance Infectiological Konsil Service
  • Participation in the development of a Diagnostic Stewardship program in the pediatrics
  • Supply of patients with all risk groups including hemato/oncology and neonatology
  • Activities in the Antibiotic Stewardship (ABS) program of the Paediatrics of the University Hospital Halle – Participation in ABS Visions, Participation in the creation of SOP`s and internal standards for antibiotic therapy, evaluation of pathogen and resistance data in surveillance projects
