BWI's architecture & portfolio management (AP) sets the guidelines and sets targets for the strategy-compliant orientation of BWI's service & performance portfolio and IT architecture. The architecture and portfolio management as a strategic partner assumes responsibility for the effective planning of the required IT services as well as increasing the control capability of BWI. The Governance (GOV) department supports the AP centrally in the performance of its tasks, from the strategic introduction to the central design of the enterprise architecture, processes and their digitalization and knowledge management.

Development and management of the BWI (EA4BWI) Enterprise Architecture Framework with the focus LeanEA

Implementation of a comprehensive data quality initiative including DQ Panel & Audit Processes in coordination with the Domain Architects

Creating, managing and providing the metamodel of corporate architecture

Coordination of the creation and further development of guidelines for the documentation of corporate architecture

Coordination of the tools used with the metamodel and the requirements of the company architecture

Definition of KPIs and Policies for the Documentation of Business Architecture in coordination with the Domain Architects

Support of the process Owner and the process manager in the creation and implementation of the processes and related requirements (e.g. guidelines, procedural instructions)

Communication and training of EA4BWI, guidelines and documentation requirements

Management & Participation in EA4BWI-related communities and external associations (e.g. Domain Architects Community, CBA Lab) ·

Successfully completed studies in economics, computer science or comparable training

More than 5 years of experience and methodological competence in the context of enterprise architecture management after graduation – especially in the construction and further development (ideally certification in ITIL and TOGAF)

Experience in managing complex projects

Positive mindset and ability to bring things forward

Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Tools (e.g. ARIS, ALFABET)

Very good knowledge of standard office software expected

Flowing German and good English skills
