You support the Technical Director to ensure legal, customer-oriented and high-quality inspection services in the official sector in several federal states. Technical supervision and coordination/monitoring of processes and employees are your responsibility to ensure uniform service provision. Your duties include the professional and disciplinary leadership of the specialist consultants (w/m/d) and test equipment managers as well as the organisation of training and further training in cooperation with the Academy. You represent the technical directors in bodies and authorities and are active as lecturers in internal technical training. Its role also includes close cooperation with other technical leaders of the monitoring organisations to ensure smooth coordination.

Complete training as a test engineer or officially recognized experts incl. professional experience Knowledge of the organisational processes of a monitoring organisation, construction and operation regulations (StVZO) and quality management systems Ideally first leadership experience, auditor know-how or experiences from internal projects Strong communication, conflict resolution and persuasion skills as well as a structured, result-oriented approach High expertise in official vehicle testing and quality assurance measures
