We are looking for an experienced HR generalist / HR consultant (m/w/d). Optimization and further development of the onboarding of new employees Processing and maintenance of relevant content and materials for effective onboarding Personnel development: Conception and organisation of training measures (internal/external) incl. Training planning and coordination Care and updating of an overview of the staff's training status Creation and adaptation of work contracts, additional agreements (e.g. bonus payments), work certificates and certificates Planning and coordination of regular employee discussions Care of personnel deployment and holiday planning as well as management of medical reports and absences Participation in preparing wage billing and cooperation with (external) wage accounting

Completed commercial training or studies - ideally with a focus on human resources Multiannual professional experience in human resources Good knowledge of labour law and contracting Organizational designer and a structured, independent working method Embossed communication skills and team orientation
